Audrey is your go-to for pro dance fitness and nutrition. With custom workout and nutrition programs, Audrey offers a unique blend of dance classes privates and in person. Our focus is on women athletes, providing the best professional cheerleader’s expertise in nutrition and fitness for professional dance auditions and prep. With over 20 years of dance experience, including 5 years as an NFL Cheerleader for the Raiders, Audrey brings expertise as a fitness and nutrition coach to help you achieve your dance and fitness goals as an aspiring professional athlete.



I wasn’t always the person I am today. My journey with fitness and health began as a personal mission—to feel strong, confident, and in control of my body. Like many, I struggled with self-doubt, inconsistent routines, and the overwhelming sea of information on what it truly takes to transform both physically and mentally. But through trial, dedication, and resilience, I found my purpose: to help others do the same.

My love for movement started early—I began dancing at the age of 3. As I grew, dance became my passion, and I competed at a high level while also joining my high school dance team. With my deep love for dance, I started teaching to give back to the community and to help fund my own training.
After high school, I felt lost and unsure of my next steps. I decided to audition for the Raiderettes, but I was shut down. Instead of letting that rejection define me, I used it as redirection. I dedicated the next year to improving myself, honing my skills, and building the resilience needed to chase my dreams. The following year, I auditioned again—and this time, I made the team at just 19 years old.



I spent five incredible years as part of Football’s Fabulous Females, serving as a 2x captain, 1x co-captain, and the 2020 Dancer of the Year. I was also honored to be named Raiderette of the Game three times during my time with the team. However, throughout those years, I started to notice my health and fitness decline. That realization sparked a deep interest in understanding the connection between athletic performance, nutrition, and overall well-being for something I would embark on after I retired.

After my time with the Raiders, I knew I wanted to help others in the dance and athletic world navigate the challenges of fitness and nutrition. That’s why I created Bod by Aud—to help future pro dancers, athletes, and women understand the importance of fueling their bodies, training effectively, and building sustainable habits that support their performance and confidence.


I created this platform to help you break through limitations, build consistency, and create real, lasting results. I believe that fitness should fit into your life—not take over it. Through my programs, I focus on education, sustainability, and empowerment so you can build a body and mindset that you love for the long run.
